When people are relaxed in their own environment, they respond more quickly to therapy. There’s no stressful travel, no sitting in traffic, no extra tension. Just calm, focused care where you need it most.

I also offer evening and weekend appointments, making it easier for those who can’t take time off work or leave the house during the day. Whether you’re juggling a busy job, managing a household, or caring for a loved one, I aim to make support truly accessible.
